Privacy Policy

REAL or RENDER is a photo-classification game operated by Real Vibing. This policy explains what information the mobile app and website process, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Information we process

• Game activity. The app sends per-round identifiers, guesses, streaks, challenge codes, and event data such as game starts and exits to operate the game, prevent duplicate rewards, measure game performance, and improve the service. We record the country the request came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address, and we do not record any location more precise than country.
• Device-local preferences. Your best score, muted setting, and recently seen image identifiers are stored on your device and are not sent to us. We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or precise location to play. The app does not keep a persistent identifier for you: each playthrough is tagged with a random identifier created when that round starts and never stored, so activity in one round cannot be linked to another.
• Advertising data. Rewarded ads are supplied by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, ad interactions, and other information described in Google's privacy policy to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertising. Where required, we ask for consent before requesting personalized advertising.
• Diagnostics. When something fails in the app — an error, a crash, or an advertisement that cannot be loaded — the app sends a report so the problem can be found and fixed. A report contains the error message and technical detail, the device model, operating system version, app version, and the per-round identifier described above. It contains no name, account, contact detail, or persistent device identifier. Reports are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Technical data. Our hosting and service providers may process standard logs such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and error information to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to run gameplay and shared challenges, maintain scores and rewarded features, understand aggregate use and reliability, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and improve REAL or RENDER. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with providers that help operate the service, including Vercel for hosting and Google AdMob for advertising and measurement, or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal obligations. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

You can manage advertising consent through the consent options shown in the app when available and through your device advertising/privacy settings. You can reset app-local data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage. To request access, deletion, or to ask a privacy question, contact privacy@realvibing.dev.

Children

REAL or RENDER is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

International transfers and changes

Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. We may update this policy as the app changes; the current version will always be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
